Alison’s role is to harness the good will and support there is for Eden Court to help us provide the best possible arts experiences for people throughout the Highlands. She looks after our generous donors, finds creative ways to involve the business community and loves writing funding applications that show how a grant for our charitable work changes lives.  

Alison’s career has combined communications, PR, marketing and fundraising including senior roles at international PR firm Burson Marsteller and overseas development charity Action Aid.  She joined Eden Court as Development Manager in 2008. Many, many years ago, Alison says she did quite fancy treading the boards herself but dreams of running off to drama school were never fulfilled.  Now she is happy to be part of the audience and save her performing skills for business use only.
